BLDCMotorTargetVelocity is bounded by -BLDCMotorMaxVelocity and +BLDCMotorMaxVelocity, where a sign change (±) is indicative of a direction change.BLDCMotorTargetVelocity to BLDCMotorMinVelocity will stop the motor. See BLDCMotorBrakingEnabled for more information on stopping the motor.
