Phidget BLDC Motor.lvlib:BLDCMotorSetTargetVelocity.vi

The average voltage across the motor is based on the BLDCMotorTargetVelocity value.

At a constant load, increasing the target velocity will increase the speed of the motor.
BLDCMotorTargetVelocity is bounded by -BLDCMotorMaxVelocity and +BLDCMotorMaxVelocity, where a sign change (±) is indicative of a direction change.
Setting BLDCMotorTargetVelocity to BLDCMotorMinVelocity will stop the motor. See BLDCMotorBrakingEnabled for more information on stopping the motor.
